Following an Italian tradition started in 1650 Gianni is exploring his dream in the wonderful world of Ice Cream- making over 15 varieties from local organic milk from Caerfai Farm. The choice will vary with the seasons – Dairy, Chocolate, Pistachio, Strawberry, Coffee, Lemon Yoghurt, and the Bench Special to name a few. These are artisan ice creams – sorbets and creams, seriously delicious, once tasted you’ll be back for more – takeaway or in the house.
